Instructions

The Dermalux Flex is really easy to use. We will also show you how to use it, how to pack it up for travel to and from your home, plus you will have full support from us via phone if or when required. You will also have an instruction leaflet to look back on when needed.

Pickup & Drop-Off

* The Flex is available for collection from our salon – 60 Princes HWY Dapto. You will receive a text (during salon opening hours) to advise you of when the device is ready for pick up. We currently DO NOT offer postage or delivery for this service. 

Please let us know in the order comments Your preferred dates. Please note that the dates you request are subject to availability, if we are unable to go ahead with the requested time, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time that suits you.

• Collection of the device will be from 2PM on the day of hire
• Drop-off of the device will be by 11AM on the last day of hire
• Please allow approx 10-15 mins on pick up to allow us to go over the instructions with you.
• Please bring your valid photo ID.

Hire Agreement

You will be separately sent a hire agreement via email with your confirmation which must be digitally signed prior to us validating your hire.

Consent Forms

You will also be sent separately a link to the consent form. LED Light Therapy is a serious treatment with high effect and your eligibility must be assessed based on your personal and medical conditions. Our Skin Experts will assess the eligibility of each person using the device.
