DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?

We do not accept returns for any products that have been opened, used or due to “change of mind”.

If an item is missing in your order or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll rectify the error.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED?

If your order has arrived with leaks, please contact us with at least 1 photograph showing the damaged product, within 48 hours of receiving it.

We need photographs that clearly show: how the order arrived (showing the leakage on the packaging), the contents from the inside of the product and a photograph that shows the demarcation like of the contents from the outside of the product. Emails requesting resolutions after 48 hours of delivery or without any evidence will be rendered false.

DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AS A MEMBER TO BUY?

Most products can be purchased without signing in as a Clinic Member.

Some of the products that we stock are Internet Protected Products and to purchase these products you need to be a Clinic Member.

The reason that some of our products are Internet Protected is because they are professional grade cosmeceutical products with active ingredients that are not allowed to be sold to the general public without a skin consultation.

If you are one of our clients, then you have already had a skin consultation with one of our Skin Experts.  You are welcome to Sign Up online to be a Clinic Member and you can purchase the products that were prescribed to you.

If you are not yet one of our clients, you can simply book a complimentary skin consultation with one of our Skin Experts that will diagnose your skin concerns and complete a complimentary skin solution prescription for you.  Then we can give you Clinic Membership.

DO THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE INCLUDE GST?

Yes, prices include GST.

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Please note, prices are subject to change without notice. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on our website are current at all times.

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER?

We encourage customers to carefully select their products using our website as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

In exceptional circumstances and where the customer notifies us within two (2) hours of placing an order we may, at our discretion, elect to process a refund or amend your order with an alternative product provided the order has not been processed.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN UNEXPECTED REACTION ON MY SKIN WITH A PRODUCT?

This is Highly unlikely, if you have had a skin consultation with one of our skin experts and you have ordered a product that we recommended.

If you have an unexpected response to a product that we have prescribed for your skin, please contact us directly as soon as this occurs, and your Skin specialist will advise and guide you on the next steps moving forward with your skin.

Please always check with us before trialing a new product. This way we can guide you safely on your new product journey.

IF I PURCHASED A PRODUCT ONLINE CAN I RETURN IT TO THE SALON?

If, in accordance with our returns policy you have purchased a product and as part of an exchange or refund procedure we have asked for you to return the product to us, we will let you know whether you can return the product to the Salon when you contact us.

By continuing to use our services or buying product from us, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. By purchasing any product or scheduling any treatment with us you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
